Here are a few pictures of a bound test
copy of the book, it's 80% complete, just the last 80 pages to
write. The final form of the book maybe a little different and I'm
also thinking of doing an extended CD-ROM version too.
Estimated time to completion sometime in
late 2004. The likely price will be in the order of £35/$60/50€.
