Title: a profit de sinistres normand
Post by: mech2mech on August 30, 2014, 02:44:49 PM
The more I learn about the propaganda during WWII the more interested I get.  I found a propaganda stamp in my grandfathers wallet from 1944 that started my interest to find out the origins of the stamp.  I am looking to find out anything I can about the stamp, where it came from, and who made it.  Please help?

This photo shows the wallet french made knife, and money all together.  The stamp was hidden in a small pocket.  My grandpa was infantry with the 30th ID.  I am unable to find another stamp like it anywhere in my research.  Any suggestions?

That's cool that he kept it in his wallet all those years.
